Shipping & Returns

All shipments of alcohol require the signature of an adult with valid identification at the destination location. For this reason, we require that you provide a daytime delivery address where you or another adult who can act on your behalf is available to receive your shipment. We cannot ship to post office boxes.

Wine is perishable and can be damaged by heat or cold in transit. We work hard to make sure shipments arrive in good condition and, at our discretion, may hold your shipment until conditions are more favorable. While it is not required, we recommend limiting your wine’s exposure during shipping to two or three days. If you are shipping to the East Coast, please consider expedited shipping.

Regardless of your carrier and ship time, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Destinations

At present, we are able to ship to addresses in the United States (inclusive of Washington, D.C.), with the exception of:

  • Arkansas

  • Delaware

  • Mississippi

  • Rhode Island

  • Utah

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout. Fees depend on shipping speed, destination location, additional services, insurance, and selected carrier.

Shipping policies may be updated periodically to reflect current costs and market conditions.

Club Shipping

Shipping charges for 3 Bottle Club members will be calculated upon checkout.

6 Bottle and 12 Bottle Club members are eligible for $30 flat rate shipping for 750mL bottles. Magnums will ship separately and will incur a separate $30 flat rate shipping charge.

Club members may pick up their club shipments at release events or at the winery within 30 days of release. If shipments designated for pickup cannot be picked up within 30 days, the wines may be shipped at current shipping rates.

Sales Tax

All applicable sales taxes will be charged when you place your order.

Return Policy

As our wine is perishable, we do not accept returns. If the wine was damaged in shipping or did not arrive at all, please contact us immediately at info@corollarywines.com

We will endeavor to make things right as much as we are able. In the case of shipping damage, please document the state of the packaging with photographs, as those images will assist in handling your claim.
