Bougie Truffle Tour
Tromp around the Oregon wilderness with a real truffle dog team! You’ll learn the basics of truffles and truffle hunting from Stefan before setting out into the woods, where you’ll get an up-close look at how humans and dogs work together to unearth the native Oregon truffle.
Afterward, Chef Erick Caballero will serve a seasonal multi-course lunch. Weather permitting, he’ll cook the fresh and local fare over a fire on site and incorporate fresh truffles so you can enjoy the tasty delights we just unearthed!
Each course will be paired with Corollary sparkling wines. We’ll share our process, history, and what makes these wines so special to us.
