MAGNUM MONTH 2024

Here at Corollary, we believe in going big. That's why July is MAGNUM MONTH!

All month, we'll be celebrating the release of our entire 2017 vintage in 1.5L magnum bottles.  These wines spent 60-72 months en tirage. They are expressive, elegant, and will continue to evolve on cork for 20+ years.

Magnums are our library program and an important part of our commitment to sparkling in its highest form. The cork in a magnum lets in the same amount of oxygen as a standard 750mL bottle—but with twice the wine volume, magnums are ideal for extended cellaring.

Sparkling wine connoisseurs may secure guaranteed allocations for this and all future magnum releases as members of our Magnum Club, which is available as an upgrade to any standard club membership. The Magnum Club is limited to 20 members.

Magnum Flight Night @ Heavenly Creatures

Portland’s Heavenly Creatures is one of the coolest wine bars around. In addition to their fantastic wine program, we love their exquisitely curated menu of wine-friendly food and their gorgeous, welcoming space.

On Thursday, July 11, Jeanne and Dan will be at Heavenly Creatures to pour $50 flights of selected magnum releases from 5 to 8:30pm. We’ll also have these wines available by the glass. Come hang with us, enjoy some magnums, and eat some amazing food.

Magnums + Caviar Tasting Experience

In this unique library flight, guests will sample a special welcome wine and all of our new magnum releases while overlooking the vineyard. This experience will be presented as a collective seated tasting and includes caviar service.

This event will begin at 3pm. Limited seating is available.

Tickets are available for $75. We will reimburse one ticket with the purchase of two magnums, or two tickets with a Magnum Club signup.

Taste the Stars: An Epic Celebratory Dinner with Chef Paul Bachand of Pinch

The grand finale of Magnum Month 2024 will be a spectacular pre-IPNC dinner event on July 25.

We’re teaming up with Paul Bachand, chef and owner of Pinch in McMinnville, for an over-the-top celebration filled with luxurious foods—all paired with our 2017 magnums.

The menu will include oysters, crudo, duck fat tater tots, smoked black cod rillettes, foie gras, cured ahi tuna, sweetbreads, and more. It’s going to be an incredible night.

Mother's Day Bubbles Brunch

Join us May 7 and 8 for a special brunch event celebrating all the moms in our lives. We're teaming up with Ryan and Yvette Clark of Wooden Heart Food to bring you four delicious courses, each paired with a sparkling wine from Corollary:

  • Soft egg and oysters with trout roe on brioche toast

  • Potato stack with sausage and chanterelle ragu

  • Dungeness crab cake Benedict

  • Waffle with pear compote and cardamom cream
