Wine Club Policies
minimum Term
Standard club members agree to receive a minimum of 3 shipments.
Magnum Club members agree to receive a minimum of 2 annual magnum allocations of at least 3 bottles each.
SKIPPED SHIPMENTS
Standard club members may elect to skip one shipment during a two-year period.
Magnum Club members may skip one magnum allocation per four year period.
Cancellation
Members may cancel anytime after the minimum 3 shipment commitment is met.
Cancellations may be granted before the 3 shipment commitment is met, at our sole discretion, based on extraordinary circumstances. If such a pre-term cancellation is granted, any club benefits the customer has received since their club signup—including comped tasting fees and purchase discounts—will be charged at full retail price.
Members who have canceled a club subscription may rejoin; however, any future club membership will be subject to availability and policies at the time of rejoining.

club shipment notifications
We send out an initial notification regarding club releases approximately one month in advance of planned ship dates. This email will include instructions on how to customize or skip your shipment. If you are a club member but are not receiving these emails, please try three things: 1) check your spam folder, 2) add us to your address book, and 3) make sure you are subscribed to our email list.
A second notification will go out just before credit cards are charged.
If your card is declined, you will receive an email with a notification and instructions on how to update your payment method.
You will receive an email receipt when your transaction is complete.
How to request an early/late ship date
We keep an eye on weather around the country and may delay shipments to help ensure that your wine gets to you in top condition.
We may also be able to accommodate adjustments in shipping dates to ensure that you are home to receive your wines when they arrive. Please email us at info@corollarywines.com before cards are charged to make any special delivery arrangements.
Missed shipment pickups
Club members may pick up their club shipments at release events or at the winery within 30 days of release. If shipments designated for pickup cannot be picked up within 30 days, the wines may be shipped at current shipping rates.
returned shipment policy
Our shipping partners will attempt to deliver your wine three times before returning the wine to us. If you are unable to make arrangements to pick up your wines at your local FedEx or UPS facility after the three failed attempts and the shipment is returned to us, we will contact you to make arrangements for reshipping your wines. Additional shipping charges or a restocking fee of $30 will apply.
Once wine leaves the winery, Corollary is not responsible for damaged wine due to adverse weather conditions or improper storage.
